The Front Porch solutions for subscriber messaging provides Internet providers with the means to communicate directly with their subscribers while they surf the Internet.
To accomplish this, Internet provider content is displayed alongside publisher content. The Internet provider or Front Porch do not modify or replace any publisher content.
The Internet provider may use this capability to deliver account status messages, customer service messages, marketing messages and advertising directly to their subscriber's browsers.
Website publishers may exclude themselves from these Internet provider messages being served alongside of their website content for an 18 month period by following the steps below:
1. Modify the robots.txt file in your site's root directory.
- Add the following lines to your robots.txt for your domain:

Disallow: /
